Zero Return and Refund Policy – Jain Bakery House
At Jain Bakery House we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality baked goods made to order. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we follow a strict No Return and No Refund Policy.
1. No Returns
All purchases made from our bakery are final. We do not accept returns of any kind, including but not limited to cakes, pastries, breads, cookies, or any other perishable food items.
2. No Refunds
Once an order has been confirmed and processed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded. This includes pre-paid online orders, custom orders, and walk-in purchases.
3. Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for verifying the order details (item, quantity, delivery date/time, etc.) at the time of placing the order. We do not entertain claims arising out of incorrect information provided by the customer.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that you receive the wrong item or notice quality issues at the time of delivery/pickup, please bring it to our staff’s attention immediately. While we do not offer refunds, we may, at our discretion, offer a replacement of the same item on the spot, subject to availability and verification.
5. Allergen Notice
Our products may contain or come into contact with allergens including dairy, wheat, soy, nuts, and gluten. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any allergies before placing an order. We are not liable for any allergic reactions.
6. Legal Compliance
This policy is in accordance with the applicable consumer protection laws in India for perishable goods. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of this Zero Return and Refund Policy.
